Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot of patient feedback about our care team. Little moments that stuck with people. Words like kind, calm, thoughtful, actually caring.

So I wanted to write them something. A thank you letter, really. One that everyone can read, so you can see just how appreciated these wonderful humans are.

Our care team isn’t just here to manage calendars or answer phones. They’re here to hold space. To make sure people feel seen and safe, especially when they’re at their most vulnerable.

They’re the steady, quiet presence behind every appointment booked, every warm welcome, every moment that makes Mode feel different.

They’re the ones who stay late to follow up. Who remember your partner’s name. Who check in just because they were thinking of you.

Their job might be behind the desk, but their impact is felt everywhere.

We say it often, because it’s true: Mode wouldn’t exist without them.
