  • Don’t stress — we’ll make sure your order gets to the right place. If needed, our team will reach out to confirm details and guide you through the correct process for next time.

  • Yes. Any repeats you’ve already been prescribed will still be valid. We’ll transfer them securely to Growhaus, and you’ll be able to see them in your profile once they’re live.
