Short on time?
Here's the short version of the big news;
We launched our medication delivery service! You can now order medication from us with nationwide express deliveries to save time and money.
Just ask your Doc to have your medication shipped to you, or you can order here.
We have sourced more medications at a lower price to help with the rising cost of living - ask your Doc if any medications may be suitable for you!
Now for the Long Version
We added the ability for Mode patients to order directly with us after hearing too many horror stories of people being charged too much, treated poorly and having their medication swapped for another medication and having adverse reactions. Not cool at all.
So Dr Matty and Jordy (our CEO) dreamt up what they consider the “perfect pathway”. Which is what they would want if they were to visit Mode (or any clinic), and here is what it said.
The perfect pathway
Talk to a friendly Doc who is an expert in medical cannabis treatments and get the best medication possible prescribed.
Have the medication magically arrive at the doorstep at RRP.
This is how it works;
We hunted high and low for a pharmacy to partner with who could fill all our orders, have the fasted possible postal service and are experts in Medicinal Cannabis too. Finally, we found the amazing team at Dukasa Compounding in Melbourne, who ticked all the boxes for us.
So over the last four months, we have been testing the pathway by sending parcels to check shipping times and iron out all the problems before you, our patients, could use this pathway to ensure the smoothest service was available.
When you order with us, you only need to chat with the Mode team to process payment, and then we will do the rest for you!
Then, our fulfilment team at Dukasa doubles check your scripts from your Mode Doctor, packs your order and dispenses it right to your door via express air delivery to anywhere in Australia.
The cool thing is that you can order up to 6 weeks of medication at a time and place your order 7 days before you run out. Meaning fewer trips to the pharmacy, saving money on shipping and ensuring you should never have a gap in treatment! Woo!
Delivery Times
For our east coast patients, we suggest ordering at least 3 business days early, and for our WA patients, we recommend allowing 5 business days for delivery. Often it's way faster than this - but we would prefer you to have medication handy than to run out.
Ordering Repeats;
That's been streamlined too. Head to this page on our website and enter your details if you have repeats available. This form comes straight to our medications team to process on the same day and have your medication ready to be dispensed.
And what about the cheaper medications?
We know that the cost of living is rising, so we have worked tirelessly to find high-quality medications at lower prices to try and help out all Mode patients. At Mode, your doctor always prescribes the best possible medication for what you are trying to treat, regardless of the price. This is because we always have your best interest at heart.
But we're human too and totally get the stresses of the rising costs of living. So we have added a few brands to our formulation that are cheaper and have the same or similar formulation. These medications are not inferior to the others, but being plant-based medications, there will always be variations in size, taste, and, most importantly, cannabinoid and terpene content.
If you're interested, please ask your doctor for a cheaper alternative at your next appointment! We are always willing to help if it's suitable for your treatment.
